As a mom of two young kids, my life is consumed by the joys and challenges of “mom life”. Today, on 5/11/2023, I woke up early to make breakfast and pack lunches for my little ones before rushing them off to school. After dropping them off, I headed to work where I spent the day juggling meetings, deadlines, and emails while constantly checking my phone for any updates from the school or my babysitter. After a long day at work, I rushed back to pick up my kids and take them to their after-school activities. Once we finally made it home, I cooked dinner, helped with homework, and squeezed in some quality time with my family before tucking them into bed. As I sit here reflecting on my day, I am exhausted but grateful for the love and laughter that “mom life” brings me every single day.
