She gained wider recognition for her role as Willow Rosenberg in “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and went on to play Lily Aldrin in “How I Met Your Mother”. In addition to acting, Hannigan is also a talented singer and has performed in various musical productions. She is married to actor Alexis Denisof and they have two daughters together.
